Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of HVAC systems. The candidate will ensure reliable equipment operation, minimum downtime, energy efficiency, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and maintain Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Package AC, Split AC, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance.
- Monitor HVAC parameters such as temperature, pressure, humidity, airflow, and equipment performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration,



and control system faults.
- Check compressors, motors, belts, bearings, filters, coils, refrigerant levels, valves, and other HVAC components.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Hands-on experience with Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRF/VRV, Cooling Towers, Pumps, and ventilation systems.
- Knowledge of electrical controls, VFDs, sensors, motors, and control panels.
- Basic/working knowledge of BMS.
- Ability to read HVAC drawings and electrical schematics.
