Position: Medical Coder ED Profee / ED Facility

Experience: Minimum 1+ Year

Locations: Hyderabad & Noida

Salary: Up to 7.3 LPA

Employment Type: Full Time

1. ED Profee Coder Hyderabad

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant medical coding experience
- Any Graduation
- Any Medical Coding Certification
- Notice Period: Up to 2 months acceptable
- Relieving Letter: Mandatory

2. ED Facility Coder Noida

- Minimum 1+ year of relevant medical coding experience
- Any Graduation
- Any Medical Coding Certification
- Notice Period: Up to 1 month acceptable
- Relieving Letter: Mandatory

:

- Review and analyze medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS codes based on documentation.
- Ensure coding is performed according to client and industry coding guidelines.
- Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies.
- Maintain required quality, accuracy and productivity standards.
- Stay updated with changes in coding guidelines and regulations.

Salary: Up to 7.3 LPA Significant: Relieving letter is mandatory. Notice period eligibility differs by process.
