Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and operate the Building Management System (BMS) for the facility.
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, DG, UPS, fire alarm and other connected systems through BMS.
- Analyze alarms, trends and equipment parameters and take appropriate action.
- Troubleshoot BMS-related hardware, software, communication and control issues.
- Monitor AHU, FCU, chillers, pumps and other HVAC equipment through the BMS.
- Check sensors, controllers, actuators, VFDs and communication networks.
- Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of BMS systems.
- Coordinate with HVAC, electrical and maintenance teams for equipment-related issues.
- Attend breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of BMS alarms and faults.
- Maintain BMS logs, daily reports, alarm records and maintenance documentation.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy optimization.




- Coordinate with BMS vendors for major technical issues, programming and system modifications.
- Ensure BMS operation complies with site SOPs, safety procedures and client requirements.
- Support commissioning, testing and integration of new BMS points/equipment when required.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of BMS/HVAC automation and building services.
- Knowledge of DDC controllers, sensors, actuators, VFDs and HVAC control systems.
- Understanding of communication protocols such as BACnet and Modbus is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Ability to read BMS graphics, alarms, trends and system parameters.
- Good communication, documentation and team-coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
