Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.





Eligibility:

- 2–4 years of experience in Tele calling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Positive experience to handle B2B portal.
- Graduate in any discipline
- · Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
