Job Title: Car Washing Supervisor

Job Summary The Car Washing Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily car washing and detailing operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficient team performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with workplace safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily car washing, cleaning, polishing, and detailing activities.
- Allocate duties and work schedules to car wash staff.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned according to company quality standards.
- Inspect completed vehicles before delivery to customers.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and work discipline.
- Train new employees on car washing procedures, equipment handling, and safety practices.
- Ensure proper and protected use of pressure washers, vacuum cleaners, polishing machines, and other equipment.
- Monitor the use and stock of cleaning chemicals, materials, towels, and other consumables.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash area.
- Handle customer concerns and coordinate with management to resolve complaints.
- Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and prevent damage during the washing/detailing process.
- Report equipment breakdowns, maintenance requirements, and operational issues to management.
- Maintain daily records of vehicles serviced, staff performance, materials used, and other operational information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental requirements.
- Support management in achieving daily and monthly service targets.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in car washing, detailing, automobile service, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory/team-lead experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of car washing and basic detailing procedures.
- Ability to operate and supervise the use of car wash equipment.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Ability to identify cleaning-quality issues and ensure corrective action.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in an outdoor/wet working environment.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and chemical handling.
- Ability to maintain basic operational records.

Working Conditions

- Work may involve standing for extended periods and working with water, cleaning chemicals, and equipment.
- May require working weekends, holidays, or shifts depending on business requirements.
- Must follow all company safety and operational procedures.
