Hyderabad warehouse for the position of Warehouse Process Coordinator.

Associate Process Excellence

Role Purpose:

Support operational excellence across warehouses and Distribution centres by conducting audits, monitoring process compliance, analysing operational data and driving closure of identified gaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct warehouse and hygiene audits in alignment with applicable FSSAI requirements and internal standards.
- Monitor day-to-day operations and adherence to SOPs across key warehouse processes.
- Identify process gaps, analyse root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct audits at Collection Centres and Distribution Centres based on business requirements.
- Analyse audit and operational data to identify recurring trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare MIS,



dashboards and management reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor manpower deployment and attendance against operational requirements.
- Monitor warehouse security, safety and other defined operational controls.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture or related discipline.
- BTECH/MTECH/MBA
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.
- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG, food, supply chain, warehouse operations, quality or process excellence will be an advantage.
