Position: Shift Supervisor

Location: Bosch Electricals

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise day-to-day inbound, outbound, and material handling operations during the assigned shift.

· Ensure timely receipt, unloading, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials.

· Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system (WMS/ERP).

· Coordinate with production, planning, transporters, and internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted material flow.

· Allocate manpower effectively and monitor team productivity to achieve operational targets.

· Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, material traceability, and inventory accuracy.

· Conduct daily shift meetings and assign tasks to warehouse associates.

· Monitor KPIs such as productivity, dispatch adherence, inventory accuracy, and turnaround time.

· Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

· Ensure compliance with 5S, safety, quality, and company policies.





· Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound transactions.

· Train and guide team members on standard operating procedures and safe material handling practices.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Required Skills

· Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes.

· Experience in inbound, outbound, and material handling operations.

· Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and MS Excel.

· Robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage manpower and work under shift operations.

Qualification

· BE or Diploma in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
