Role Description The Warehouse Operator role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru.

The Warehouse

Operator is responsible for receiving goods, unloading materials, and organizing products within the warehouse. Day-to-day tasks include packing and labeling items, preparing orders for dispatch, and performing material handling activities using appropriate equipment. The role also involves operating forklifts or similar machinery where required, conducting routine checks on inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Operator is expected to follow health and safety guidelines,



keep work areas clean and organized, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform unloading and basic material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Skills in packing, labeling, and organizing goods to support accurate order fulfillment.
- Experience or training in forklift operation or other warehouse equipment (certification is an advantage).
- Understanding of health & safety practices and commitment to following safety procedures.
- Basic literacy and numeracy for reading instructions and handling inventory records.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments is beneficial, but motivated entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
