Frudesko Agro Traders LLP is a quick-growing wholesale distribution company dealing in high-volume, premium agricultural produce. We are currently looking for a responsible and energetic Night Operations Supervisor to take charge of our warehouse during the evening and night hours.

What You Will Do
- Team Leadership: Direct and organize our existing crew of loading staff, keeping them motivated and productive throughout the shift.
- Dispatch Management: Supervise the loading of outbound delivery vehicles. Double-check item counts to ensure zero missing boxes and accurate customer deliveries
- Independent Night Command: Take confident, independent charge of the facility, inventory.
- Quality Control: Ensure all perishable goods are handled carefully and that the warehouse floor remains organized and clear.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 2 to 3+ years in warehouse operations, logistics, godown management, or FMCG distribution.
- Confident Leader:
You are comfortable firmly managing labors and ensuring instructions are followed.
- Detail-Oriented: You have strong basic math skills, are comfortable handling physical bills, and can easily spot quantity errors.
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory to effectively coordinate with local workers and delivery drivers, basic proficiency in Hindi language is a plus.
- Dependable: You are a trustworthy individual who can reliably manage a facility overnight without requiring constant supervision.
