Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage the complete warehouse operations for a liquor manufacturing unit, ensuring proper inventory control, storage, dispatch, documentation, and compliance with company and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock records for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and security of liquor and related materials.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Plan and manage dispatches as per sales and production requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation for inward and outward material movement.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
- Ensure compliance with excise regulations, statutory requirements, safety standards, and company SOPs.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, security, and proper storage conditions.
- Identify stock discrepancies, damages, shortages, and wastage and take corrective action.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
- Lead and manage warehouse staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor productivity.
- Support internal and statutory audits related to warehouse and inventory.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management will be preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience in liquor/FMCG manufacturing or a regulated industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse documentation.
- Knowledge of excise-related procedures and compliance is an added advantage.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse/inventory management systems.
