Ruvido Caso is a growing retail and e-commerce brand dealing in mobile accessories and anime products. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive to manage inventory, order processing, stock movement, and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Warehouse Executive

Location: Ghitorni, Delhi

Experience: Relevant warehouse/inventory experience preferred

Unicommerce/Uniware Experience: Mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels using Unicommerce (Uniware).
- Process and fulfill orders received from different sales channels within the required TAT.
- Ensure proper stock inward, outward, put-away, and stock movement.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitor pending, cancelled, RTO, and other order statuses through Unicommerce.
- Generate and maintain inventory and warehouse MIS reports.
- Ensure proper product identification, labeling, packaging, and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Ensure products are stored properly to minimize damage, loss,



and inventory discrepancies.
- Support timely stock replenishment and highlight low-stock or unavailable products.
- Perform other warehouse and inventory-related tasks as assigned by management.

Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce/Uniware is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of order processing, stock handling, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining reports.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to work.
