We are looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse In-Charge to manage the receiving, assembling, and dispatching of materials at our facility.
The ideal candidate will coordinate with vendors and transport personnel, maintain accurate inward/outward records, and support day-to-day warehouse operations.
Responsibilities Receive materials from various vendors and verify quantity/quality against orders
Assist in assembling received materials into boxes/packages
Maintain accurate inward and outward entries for all materials (manual and/or system-based)
Book autos/transport for sending and receiving materials
Coordinate with transport/driver personnel for timely pickup and delivery
Organize and maintain proper stock/inventory arrangement in the warehouse
Support basic day-to-day warehouse tasks and general operational needs as required Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and orderliness Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management
