Position Details

Role: Fresh Produce Warehouse Executive

Location: Hennur, Bangalore

Department: Warehouse Operations

Experience: 3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 Basic + ₹3,000 Incentives

Shift: Night Shift — candidates must be comfortable working nights

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound, outbound and inventory operations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor warehouse activities and operational KPIs.
- Ensure smooth handling and movement of fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Respond effectively to operational issues, emergencies and unexpected situations during the shift.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure daily activities are completed efficiently.
- Maintain operational discipline and adherence to defined processes.

Candidate Requirements

- 12th Pass / Any Graduate.




- Around 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in Fresh Produce/Fruits & Vegetables.
- Experience in Warehouse Operations, FMCG, E-commerce, 3PL or Logistics is preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Positive time-management and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.Preferred Background
