Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Warehouse Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities in an e-commerce environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C warehouse operations, inventory management, order processing, and dispatch coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Process and monitor B2B and B2C orders with high accuracy.
- Perform inventory management, stock reconciliation, and cycle counting.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement and dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and warehouse housekeeping (5S).
- Update and maintain transactions in WMS/ERP systems.
- Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate records.




- Coordinate with customers, transporters, and internal teams for smooth warehouse operations.
- Handle returns, stock transfers, and support inventory audits.
- Monitor productivity and ensure operational service levels are achieved.

Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: PUC.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an e-commerce warehouse.
- Hands-on experience in both B2B and B2C warehouse operations is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude with positive teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi, Kannada, and English.
