Role & responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Track stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and run regular cycle counts or physical reconciliations.
- Logistics and Shipping Coordination: Oversee receiving, unloading, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. Schedule inbound and outbound transport.
- Team Supervision: Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff. Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and establish work schedules.
