Role Overview The Warehouse Manager will lead end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, storage, and dispatch of OEM & OES spare parts. The role is responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, improving warehouse efficiency, and ensuring seamless parts availability for refurbishment, dealer, and aftermarket operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead inbound receiving, inspection, documentation, and outbound dispatch operations.
- Manage inventory accuracy for 20K+ SKUs across multiple brands and models.
- Ensure timely availability of OEM & OES parts for refurbishment and service operations.
- Design and maintain an organized warehouse layout with racking, bin locations, and barcode/label systems.
- Conduct cycle counts, physical stock audits, and reconcile inventory variances through PDCA.
- Drive warehouse productivity, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and inventory optimization.
- Lead, train,



and develop warehouse teams while managing performance and staffing.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards, material handling procedures, and company policies.
- Utilize ERP/WMS systems to monitor stock movement, generate reports, forecast demand, and analyze inventory trends.
- Control inventory costs by reducing shrinkage, obsolete stock, damage, and over/under stocking.
- Collaborate closely with Planning, Refurbishment, QC, Finance, and Service teams to meet operational targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or Mechanical/Automobile Engineering.
- 1015 years of warehouse or inventory management experience in automotive, spare parts, refurbishment, or distribution.
- Robust experience managing high-volume, multi-brand spare parts inventory.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/WMS platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar systems.
- Proven leadership experience managing warehouse operations and teams.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and material handling equipment.
