Role & responsibilities

- Experience: Proven track record in field sales (ideal backgrounds include FMCG, Insurance, Bank/Credit Cards like Amex, or Food-tech onboarding).
- Languages: Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and be comfortable with daily field travel (Petrol expenses will be reimbursed).
- Role Nature & Targets: 100% field-first role. The expectation is to physically meet 10-15 brands every day (6 day work-week).
- Engagement Model: High-performing individuals will have a transparent pathway to be absorbed into the larger team.
