- Banking industry experience is mandatory.
- Robust email writing skills handling customer queries related to banking products.
- Educational qualification: Any UG degree.
- Age limit: Up to 33 years only.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints via email.
- Provide accurate and timely responses in line with company policies.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all written communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
