About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented ERP Consultant Freshers who are passionate about technology, business processes, and problem solving. The role involves working closely with senior consultants and clients to support ERP implementation, business process mapping, and system configuration.

What We Are Looking For

- Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Qualification: B.Com / BBA / MBA / BCA / M.Com / CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA or related fields
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability
- Good understanding of accounting fundamentals and business processes
- Interest in ERP systems, automation, and technology-driven solutions
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and tools
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Good presentation and client interaction skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and business software tools will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities





- Assist in ERP implementation and configuration for clients
- Understand and document client business processes and requirements
- Support in system testing, data validation, and user training
- Work with senior consultants to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
- Help in preparing documentation, SOPs, and implementation reports
- Provide basic troubleshooting and support to clients during implementation
- Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders for smooth project execution
