Hiring Drive ( Face to face ) For Underwriter - Noida Sector 136

Role : Underwriter

Shift : US - Night Shift

Time : 7 PM - 9 PM, 01-09-26, Tuesday

Location: Biz2X/Biz2credit

6th Floor, Riana Aurelia, Plot No. 93-94, Sector 136, Noida, UP - 201304

Note: we will consider only mortgage, Commercial, Credit, Lending, Housing

Role & responsibilities

- Work with Relationship Managers in structuring, analyzing, and negotiating credit transactions.
- Responsible for the full-cycle underwriting of assigned small business financing.
- Determine the client's ability to repay financing through analysis of cash flow statements, U.S. tax returns (1120, 1120S, 1065, 1040), and other financial information.
- Perform detailed financial analysis of small businesses, including trend analysis, ratio analysis, and interpretation of financial information to assess credit quality and cash flow adequacy.
- Conduct credit and financial statement analysis of co-owners, guarantors, and individuals to determine asset coverage for requested loan amounts.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers regarding customer calls and site visits.




- Perform additional due diligence as required to evaluate the creditworthiness of small business owners.
- Open to working in night shifts.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Formal credit training preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial credit analysis, commercial underwriting, or underwriting small businesses within a financial institution.
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to read and assess individual and company financial statements, cash flow statements, industry analysis, competitive analysis, and financial projections.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, including the use of graphs and charts.
- Experience working with Moody's Financial Analysis Software.
