We are looking for a bright and exceptional Jr. Talent Acquisition Associate based out of Hyderabad or any other location across India.

Role & responsibilities:

- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirement.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

- Graduation /Post Graduation in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
