Role & responsibilities : Technical Support Engineer.
1. Address technical queries from clients / Guide users through the technical process.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues related to software.
3. Database analysis.
4. Install SQL Express & SQL Management on the client side.
5. Design bill format & barcode printing.
6. Diagnose technical issues of the ERP product and forward the core software problem to the development team.
7. Assist customers with software installation, configuration, and system maintenance as needed.
8. Work with developers and testers for issue resolution.
