Shifts: 9 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our ProHealth Sales team. The successful candidate will focus on engaging with Clients to promote ProHealth healthcare products and services.

This role involves making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, understanding their requirements, and offering healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C sales, along with strong communication and client engagement skills.

Roles & Responsibility:

- Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to clients to sell our healthcare products and services
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our healthcare offerings, including features, perks, and competitive advantages.
- Sales Targets:



Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Feedback: Gather client feedback and communicate insights to the product development and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Essential Skills:

- Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive, negotiation and sales skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to understand and articulate healthcare products and solutions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Education & Experience:

- Graduation mandatory
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of tele sales experience, with a strong preference for B2C sales.
