Role & responsibilities

- Source and identify candidates for BFSI sector requirements through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

- Coordinate with candidates regarding job opportunities and interview schedules.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of quality candidates for ongoing and future requirements.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Preferred candidate profile

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment/sourcing experience are preferred.

- Solid interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

- Good networking and sourcing skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
