- Finance specialization/background preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work in the Australian Shift
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced setting

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and banking transactions through a semi-voice process
- Perform financial data verification and documentation
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries
- Deliver high-quality service within defined SLAs
Key Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of finance and banking fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to work in Australian shift timings
