Role & responsibilities

- Execute on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve rankings and organic traffic.

- Conduct website audits, keyword research, and performance tracking using GA, GSC, and SEO tools.

- Coordinate site updates, UI/UX improvements, and content changes.

- Manage daily ERP activities and ensure smooth cross-departmental workflow.

- Liaise with ERP vendors for updates, troubleshooting, and customizations.

- Train users and maintain data accuracy.

- Handle system issues, network coordination, and hardware/software troubleshooting.

- Oversee installations, upgrades, licensing, and coordination with external IT partners.

- Prepare periodic MIS reports and dashboards.

- Analyse ERP and website data to generate actionable insights.

Maintain data hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business Admin, Digital Marketing, or related fields.

- Proven experience in SEO, ERP handling, IT support, and MIS reporting.

- Solid command of SEO tools, ERP systems, and MS Excel/Power BI.

Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills
