Job Role

SMFG India Credit is hiring Telugu Callers to handle customer calls related to loan accounts, repayments, collections, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls in Telugu.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
- Resolve queries related to loans, repayments, and collections.
- Maintain call quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record and follow up on customer requests within defined TAT.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Note: Candidate who are currently not working pls do not apply for this job.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, Contact Centre, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech is an advantage.
- MUST BE WELL VERSED IN TELUGU.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
