Role & responsibilities

- nstall, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers.

- Monitor server performance, uptime, storage, and system health.

- Manage Windows/Linux servers and Active Directory setting.

- Handle user account management, access permissions, and group policies.

- Maintain hospital applications such as HIS, EMR, PACS, LIS, ERP, and database servers.

- Perform server patching, upgrades, and security updates regularly.

- Manage backup, restoration, and disaster recovery processes.

- Configure and monitor virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.

- Monitor antivirus, endpoint security, and server security compliance.

- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, server support, and hardware replacement.

- Maintain documentation of server infrastructure and system configurations.
