Job Summary

We are hiring ServiceNow Specialists, Architects, and Project Managers across multiple modules to lead, design, and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions. Candidates should have strong handson expertise in one or more ServiceNow domains with proven experience in architecture, implementation, and advisory roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, CSM, and other modules
- Lead module implementations, integrations, and custom application development
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and advisory support across ServiceNow practices
- Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and platform optimization

Mandatory Skills (One or More Modules)




- Core Modules: ITSM Pro, CSM, CMDB, ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, Service Mapping, CSDM)
- Asset Management: ITAM (SAM/SAM Pro, HAM/HAM Pro, Advisory)
- Governance & Security: GRC/IRM, SecOps (SIR/VR), TPRM
- Strategic Portfolio: SPM/PPM/APM, FSM, FSO, SOM
- AI & Innovation: GenAI, Now Assist, AI Advisory, Agentic AI
- Development & Customization: Custom Apps / Scoped Applications, UI Builder, Content Builder, UI/UX Specialist, R&D; Development
- Leadership & Advisory: Solution Architect, Presales, Project Manager, ITAM Advisory

Candidate Profile
- Relevant experience: 5–15 years in ServiceNow modules
- Robust expertise in one or more ServiceNow domains listed above
- Ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and deliver enterprisegrade solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
