Position Title: WalkMe SME (T1)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Work Schedule: Second Shift (provides a half-day overlap with USA EST time zones)

Core Responsibilities & Technical Skills

- Primary Focus: Developing training content on the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform.
- Role Nature: The ideal candidate needs to be a techno-functional resource. They will not act as a full project manager but should be capable of handling scoping, timeline tracking, testing, and deploying WalkMe projects.
- Scripting & Technical Skills: Experience with WalkMe Editor and integration is needed. Knowledge of scripting, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is fine; deep scripting expertise is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- System Maintenance: Admin and platform maintenance duties will be highly limited as the existing integrations and processes are already stable.

Functional & Process Requirements

Candidates must be able to translate change management and existing training materials into interactive WalkMe content running on top of business systems.
- SAP Understanding: The resources need a solid business process understanding of SAP and the SAP Fiori Launchpad. Key process areas include:
- Lead to Cash
- Plan to Fulfill
- Source to Pay
- Finance
- Other Platforms: Familiarity or integration knowledge with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, LeanIX, Signavio, HighRadius, or BlackLine is highly beneficial.

Experience Requirements

- WalkMe Specific: 2+ years of content development experience on WalkMe.
- Business Process/SAP Specific: Ideally 5+ years of industry experience understanding core SAP business processes.
