Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer with solid expertise in MSBI and SSIS to design, develop, and optimize ETL packages supporting business intelligence and data warehousing initiatives. The role requires handson experience with SQL Server, complex queries, and endtoend ETL development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL packages using MSBISSIS
- Work with MS SQL Server to create and maintain databases, queries, stored procedures, and functions
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate data requirements into technical solutions
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and performance of ETL processes and pipelines
- Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs to ensure timely and accurate data loads
- Participate in data modeling,
schema design, and database performance tuning
- Document ETL processes, data flows, and technical specifications
- Lead endtoend deployment of SSIS packages and provide mentorship to junior team members
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and governance
- Stay updated with latest MSBI tools and SQL Server features
Mandatory Skills
- MSBI (SQL Server Integration Services – SSIS)
- Strong SQL Server expertise (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
Candidate Profile
- P3 (7–8 yrs): Handson developer with strong MSBISSIS experience
- P4 (9–12 yrs): Senior engineer capable of leading ETL projects, mentoring teams, and driving solution efficiency
