Senior Architect responsibilities include:

- Should have experience in Auto DCR
- Should have Knowledge of DCR- 2020 Thane
- The candidate should know Municipal drawings for knowledge
- Well versed with Drafting & designing, measurements, Revit, Autocad, Lumion, 3D Max, Power point presentations, BIM.
- Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, creative and functional design
- Using the construction brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Developing architecture in line with clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact
- Coordination with consultants & contractor for signed off, for generation of certifications & NOC.
- Designing & execution of high-rise residential buildings, villas, bungalows.
- Modifying & enhancing architectural drawings, visual representations, models to effectively communicate envisioned designs.
- Spearheading end-to-end design and construction support/ follow-up of large-scale projects with innovative architectural design and sophisticated requirements.
- Ensuring all designs comply with relevant codes, obtain necessary approvals & secure permits.
- Assisting during the construction phase & addressing design-related challenges as they arise
- Design and develop system architecture and technical frameworks.
- Define architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and solution planning.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure system scalability, performance,



security, and reliability.
- Review code and technical designs to maintain quality.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams and architects.
- Support cloud architecture and microservices design
- Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
- Take the brief to identify clients needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals
- Develop ideas keeping in mind clients needs, buildings usage and environmental impact
- Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections

- Compile project specifications
- Keep within budgets and timelines
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project
- Cooperate and liaise with construction professionals
- Follow architectural trends and advancements
- Proposed & monitored collaborations with partner organizations for urban research projects.

Requirements and skills

- Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit/ Lumion/ BIM / Sketch up/ Quantum GIS/ 3D Max/ Adobe photoshop
- Proven working experience as an Architect , presentation skills
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
- Visual awareness and an eye for detail
- Communication and project management skills
- M Arch/ B Arch degree in Architecture.
