About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and execution-driven Marketing Strategist & Executive who can think strategically and personally drive marketing initiatives from idea to execution.

This is not a digital marketing role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business, identify opportunities, create strong marketing strategies, build partnerships and actively execute ideas on the ground.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative brand and marketing strategies.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, partnerships, collaborations and business avenues.
- Plan and execute on-ground campaigns, brand activations, events and outreach initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify actionable insights.
- Build relationships with corporates, institutions, industry professionals, communities and potential partners.
- Create marketing concepts, proposals, presentations and execution plans.




- Coordinate with internal teams, creative partners, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Take ownership of campaigns from planning to execution and outcome analysis.
- Represent the company at meetings, events, networking forums and industry engagements.

What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in brand marketing, marketing strategy, partnerships, activations, events or offline marketing.
- Strong strategic, analytical and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive individual who takes ownership and does not wait for constant instructions.
- Comfortable stepping out, meeting people, visiting locations and personally driving initiatives on the ground.
- Ability to convert ideas into practical, measurable marketing outcomes.
- Experience in media, entertainment, content, events, hospitality, lifestyle or star
