About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their team, facilitating the adoption of Agile principles and practices to drive business results. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in promoting collaboration, removing impediments, and enabling teams to deliver high-quality products. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on Agile principles and Scrum framework, ensuring a deep understanding of the methodology
- Remove impediments and help teams overcome obstacles to ensure smooth project execution




- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and improvement within the team
- Analyze and report on team performance, providing insights to inform future improvements

Requirements:
- Have 7-13 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a related role
- Possess strong knowledge of Agile principles and Scrum framework
- Have proven experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching teams
- Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Be able to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of remote and in-person collaboration
