Key Responsibilities
- Drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability improvement, market expansion, and overall business performance.
- Take ownership of P&L; performance, budgeting, cost optimization, financial discipline, and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Review and improve organizational structure, processes, SOPs, workflows, governance systems, and accountability frameworks.
- Establish performance management systems including KPIs, dashboards, MIS reporting, and regular business reviews.




- Build and lead a structured Pan-India sales organization by developing dealer, distributor, retail, institutional, and channel networks.
- Develop sales strategies, forecasting systems, territory management processes, and performance monitoring mechanisms to improve market penetration and sales productivity.
- Strengthen category and product management by improving portfolio performance, pricing strategies, product lifecycle management, and profitability.
- Improve manufacturing efficiency, productivity, quality, capacity utilization, procurement processes, vendor management, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control.
- Drive supply chain improvements to ensure cost efficiency, product availability, and operational responsiveness.
- Develop a structured after-sales service framework to improve customer experience, service quality, warranty management, and customer retention.
