What is expected:
Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any new product/Services from beginning: Identify, develop, and manage key corporate, industrial, and government accounts, Factories,



warehouses, commercial Buildings, IT parks etc company’s services.
- Build strong relationships with decision makers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, requirement mapping, proposal submission, negotiation, closure, and get Invoice payments.
- Conduct site surveys, provide technical presentations, and offer custom solutions.
- Work closely with the tendering team/ Management to monitor and participate in government bids and tenders.
- Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and monthly reporting to management.
- Meet sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities to reach recent market segments and expand market share
- Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features
