1. Job Purpose

The role is responsible for driving strategic initiatives for the Partner Office channel by managing sales KPIs, designing R&R; and incentive structures, overseeing MIS, and supporting campaign execution. The incumbent will ensure data-driven decision-making to enhance performance and efficiency within the sales hierarchy.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Ensuring alignment with Finance, Sales, and HR for approvals and execution of R&R; and incentive plans.

Managing data integrity across systems for effective sales tracking and decision-making.
- Field Engagement: Structuring compelling incentive programs and GTM initiatives to drive sales motivation and partner engagement.
- Query Resolution: Addressing payment and incentive-related concerns efficiently to maintain business continuity.
