Experience Required: 2-4 years in restaurant or hotel service operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant floor operations during service hours.
- Lead stewards and captains to ensure efficient guest service.
- Take guest orders and ensure proper coordination with the kitchen.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
- Train junior staff on service standards and guest handling.
- Ensure proper table setup and smooth day-to-day restaurant functioning.
- Assist F&B; Manager in operational duties and inventory checks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
