JD- Partner Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a Partner Acquisition Specialist to expand Unolo's channel partner network across India. This is a high-impact, revenue-driven role for someone with a strong B2B sales background who can leverage their sales expertise to identify, onboard, and grow high-performing channel partners in the HR Tech SaaS space.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard current channel partners across India.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential partners using your B2B sales experience and network.
- Drive partner-led customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Own monthly and quarterly partner acquisition and revenue targets.
- Enable partners through product training, demos, and sales support to maximize closures.
- Work closely with partners on joint sales opportunities and customer meetings.
- Track partner performance, conversions, and revenue contribution.
- Drive renewals and upsell opportunities through the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with internal Sales,



Customer Success, and Marketing teams to accelerate deal closures.

Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or channel partner acquisition.
- Experience in HR Tech, HRMS, Payroll, or B2B SaaS is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of independently acquiring new customers and/or channel partners and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, consultative selling, and channel sales models.
- Existing network within HR consulting, payroll, staffing, system integrators, or reseller ecosystems is an added advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
