Job Summary:
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, handling client queries, ensuring timely follow-ups, and delivering an excellent overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate support and solutions
- Handle client queries, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Conduct regular follow-ups regarding enquiries, services, and ongoing requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
- Schedule and attend client meetings and presentations
- Maintain accurate client records and communication history
- Prepare client reports, MIS, and follow-up trackers
- Support client retention and relationship-building initiatives
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality

Qualification & Experience:
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a relevant specialization
- 0-4 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Business Development, or similar roles
- MBA Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Preferred Experience:
- Experience in client-facing roles within corporate services, real estate, hospitality, consulting, or sales:
- Strong relationship-building and customer retention skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
