Job Title: Corporate Recruiter (Fresher)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Recruitment Process Management:
- Assist in the development and updating of job descriptions and specifications for different job roles.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and recruitment efforts.
- Provide regular updates to the Recruitment Manager on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.




- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with the company’s overall recruitment strategy and objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and other team-oriented activities to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (internships or relevant academic projects are a plus).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
