Procurement and Fulfillment activities:
- Perform RFQ/Bid evaluation/Negotiations.
- Check the database of PRs, Check source allocation and qualification status.
- Check project needs and PO placements.
- Confirm schedule and PO details with suppliers, Update Supplier confirmation in ERP and inform the buyers regarding challenges and issues.
- Follow up with suppliers and update status, expedite deliveries to ensure on time delivery of the material.
- Coordinate between Quality team and suppliers for PO inspection schedules and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRS)
- Update Line of balance (LOB) Materials Management report for project teams
- Attend Operational management meetings Prepare weekly summary reports in excel and share the updates with customers.
