About the Role

Brrandom Studio is looking for a Brand Manager to lead the day-to-day management of our Sun Bangla account. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, coordinating between the client and internal creative teams, managing shoots, maintaining timelines, and delivering high-quality content consistently.

This role requires someone who can think strategically while executing flawlessly under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the Sun Bangla account on a daily basis.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the client and internal teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and convert briefs into actionable execution plans.
- Coordinate with Creative, Production, Video Editing, Design, and Social Media teams.
- Plan and supervise content shoots, promotional campaigns, digital activations, and on-ground productions.
- Prepare production briefs, creative decks, presentation documents, and campaign reports.
- Ensure timely delivery of all creatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, approvals,



revisions, and stakeholder communication.
- Work closely with channel marketing teams to develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Track campaign performance and recommend improvements based on audience insights.
- Maintain documentation, production schedules, budgets, and project trackers.
- Handle multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising execution quality.

Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Brand Management, Client Servicing, Account Management, Marketing, or Production.
- Experience working with media, entertainment, television, advertising, or digital agencies is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Robust organizational and project management abilities.
