About the Role

Jefferies is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting Cloud Technical Engineerto help design, enhance, and optimize our global HR technology ecosystem. This role is responsible for the technical architecture, configuration, integration, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and innovative solutions that support evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions across Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- Drive technical architecture, configuration, integration, and enhancement initiatives.
- Develop and support integrations, data conversions, reports, extracts, and automation solutions.
- Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Evaluate and adopt Oracle Cloud best practices, recent features, and emerging capabilities, including Redwood UX.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases through impact assessments, testing, and deployment planning.




- Ensure platform security, compliance, governance, and operational stability.Contribute to the long-term HR technology strategy and modernization roadmap.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 5-7+ years of experience supporting and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Core HR - employee lifecycle, hires, transfers, terminations, assignments, jobs, positions and organizations
- Hands-on experience with Redwood UX and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
- Strong technical expertise in HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud integrations.
- HCM Extracts - full file, changes-only extracts, scheduling and delivery
- BI Publisher - data models, reports, bursting, scheduling and notifications
- HDL/HSDL - mass data loads and corrections
- OIC Integrations - HCM Adapt
