Beyond our venues, we're building an ecosystem for cricket through tournaments, academies, technology, corporate cricket experiences, and player engagement.

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who can own our marketing efforts end-to-end and help us scale our brand, generate quality leads, and build a strong cricket community.

What You'll DoBrand & Content Marketing
- Plan and execute the monthly marketing calendar.
- Develop content ideas and campaign strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Coordinate with designers and video editors to create engaging content.
- Build compelling brand stories around players, tournaments, venues and the 22Yards journey.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels.





Growth & Lead Generation
- Generate qualified leads for:
- Cricket ground bookings
- Corporate cricket events
- Cricket academies
- Tournaments
- Sponsorships and partnerships
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase enquiries and bookings.
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Corporate Marketing
- Generate corporate leads for employee engagement activities, sports days, cricket leagues and venue bookings.
- Build relationships with HR, Administration and Corporate Engagement teams.
- Identify partnership opportunities with companies and institutions.

Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI.
- Manage SEO fundamentals and improve website visibility.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles and local search presence.

Influencer & Community Marketing
- Identify and collaborate with cricket in
