Job Discerption:
1.Lead the Building maintenance of plant facilities, Housekeeping, Gardening of all Plant Building.
5.Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
6.Coordinate with Production, EHS, and Quality teams to ensure smooth and uninterrupted building facility support in terms of Housekeeping, Gardening, Sustainability of Building operations.
7.Conduct facility risk assessments and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.




8.Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, Government, and all applicable statutory regulations.
9.Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
10.Monitor energy consumption and drive initiatives for energy efficiency, cost reduction, and sustainability.
11.Support the installation, modification, and commissioning of new facility upgrades.
12.Maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance activities, SOPs, permits, and statutory compliance.
13.Participate in internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of all action items.
