Role Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Ahmedabad office. This is a full time, on-site role responsible for managing customer communication across all online channels and ensuring a smooth shopping experience from inquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers with product selection, sizing, pricing, offers, and order placement.

Process and manage online orders received through the website.

Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.

Resolve customer complaints related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and payments.

Track customer orders and provide regular updates.





Ensure prompt responses across all customer communication channels.

Manage customer reviews and feedback professionally.

Work closely with the marketing team during campaigns and promotional offers.

Maintain accurate customer records and order information.

Deliver an excellent customer experience that helps increase customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Positive understanding of e-commerce and online order management.

Familiarity with Shopify, CRM software, Microsoft Excel, or Google Sheets is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
