Job Summary

Eligibility
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT) or a related allied healthcare field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an OT Technician.
- Knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization procedures, and infection control.
- BLS/ACLS certification will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgical procedures.
- Arrange and sterilize surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgeries.
- Operate and maintain OT equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
- Monitor sterile techniques and maintain infection control standards.
- Prepare patients for surgery and assist with patient positioning.
- Maintain accurate OT records and inventory of surgical supplies.




- Ensure cleanliness and safety of the Operation Theatre.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently during surgical procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff for smooth OT operations.
