Position: Country Specialist
Job Location: Tilak Nagar, New Delhi
Salary: ₹8 LPA - ₹12 LPA (Based on Experience & Performance)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week)
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in the Study Abroad Industry

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities for the assigned country.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses,



and career pathways based on their academic profile and goals.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to university enrollment.
- Provide guidance on visa documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with university requirements, scholarship opportunities, admission deadlines, and immigration policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and partner institutions.
- Participate in university training sessions, webinars, and educational events.
- Achieve monthly admission, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Strong expertise in at least one study destination such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, or Current Zealand.
