This is an remote-based role where you will provide plumbing expertise, support research activities, assist with product-related inquiries, and communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge of plumbing systems, products, fittings, fixtures, valves, pipes, and accessories.
- Identify and understand plumbing components from drawings, images, catalogs, and technical documents.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors, and industry professionals in English.
- Assist with product research, documentation, and technical information gathering.
- Review plumbing-related specifications, product data sheets, and technical documents.
- Support sales, operations, and project teams with plumbing-related expertise.
- Stay updated on industry standards, trends, and recent plumbing products.

Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems.




- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to identify plumbing parts, fittings, fixtures, and installation methods.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working with plumbing distributors, manufacturers, contractors, builders, or construction companies.
- Exposure to international plumbing products and standards is an advantage.
